Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive this email containing your tracking information, you can always check your order status online, enter your order number and email address and you will receive an email with your order status. If you don’t remember your order number, please contact customer service and we'll be able to help sort if out.

Vasska.com orders may be returned within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

We process our orders very quickly to get your product to you as soon as possible. While we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed, we may be able to cancel an order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. Orders are generally cancelled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be reversed within a few hours.
